Patient: Male, 67 years old
Diagnosis: Bladder Cancer
Treatment Challenge: Tumor position varies with bladder filling, poor reproducibility.
Advantages of ETHOS Online Adaptive Treatment:
Utilizes iCBCT imaging before each treatment to capture the real-time position of the patient’s bladder and tumor. Allows for recontouring of the target area and redesigning of the treatment plan before each session, ensuring greater precision.
Illustrations include pre-treatment MR, target delineation during Ethos adaptive radiotherapy, and post-treatment MR.
