Patient: 49-year-old male
Diagnosis: Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma
Treatment:March 3, 2021: Pre-radiotherapy cranial MRI scan revealed an intracranial mass in the corpus callosum, consistent with lymphoma.
March 11, 2021: Radiation therapy for intracranial lesions using 6MV-X-rays. Synchronous boost irradiation with dose of 40 Gy in 20 fractions to 95% of PTVl, and 36 Gy in 20 fractions to PTV2. Treatment administered 5 times per week. Outcome:April 7, 2021: Follow-up MRI showed significant reduction in intracranial lesions, indicating positive response to lymphoma treatment.

Patient: 59-year-old female
Diagnosis: Bladder Cancer
Treatment:March 29, 2021: PET/CT scan revealed multiple lesions in the anterior, posterior, and bottom walls of the bladder, suggestive of tumor recurrence.
Synchronous Chemoradiotherapy (Single-agent cisplatin 20 mg/m2 weekly)
Pelvic VMAT: 45 Gy to the pelvis, with a local boost of 20 Gy to the bladder, using image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT) Outcome:Post-radiotherapy pelvic MRI one month later showed no residual tumor or signs of recurrence in the bladder.
