Diagnosis: Malignant Brain Tumor (lntracranial Germ Cell Tumor, WHO Grade IV)
Symptoms: Intermittent dizziness, dry mouth, thirst, polyuria
Treatment:Started TOMO radiotherapy on May 19, 2022
Radiation dose to PTV: 45 Gy in 25 fractions (1.8 Gy per fraction)
Outcome:Follow-up imaging 10 months later showed a significant reduction in tumor size in the saddle and pineal regions compared to previous scans.

Patient: Male, 47 years old
Diagnosis: Nasopharyngeal Malignant Tumor (Undifferentiated Non-keratinizing Carcinoma, cT4N3Ml, Stage IV) Symptoms: Intermittent dizziness, dry mouth, thirst, polyuria
Treatment:Started TOMO radiotherapy on November 30, 2022
Radiation dose:PGTV: 69.96 Gy in 33 fractions (2.12 Gy per fraction)
PTVn: 66 Gy in 33 fractions
PTV: 60 Gy in 33 fractions
Outcome:Three months after treatment, imaging revealed a significant reduction in the size and number of metastatic lymph nodes in the neck compared to previous scans.
